Is GMC manufacturer reliable?

Hi everybody,
I‘m form united state,and want to be a electronic wholesaler sourcing from china.Now I'm quite confused about distinguishing quality manufacturer,but recently I found some manufacturers qualified with GMC standard seems to be ok.Anyone who have done business with these manufacturers can tell me more about them?

GMC was carried out by TÜV Rheinland. It seems to be reliable.

But you should have your own standard to verfify suppliers.Such as quality,delivery time,etc.
