All Advanced Training Solution packages are prepaid and billed within 15-minute increments for telephone assistance. Reduced pricing is available for yearly contracts. Contracts last for a specific duration of time during which prepaid minutes may be applied. Minutes do not carry over to renewed contracts. Training contracts are non-refundable.
